      Knight of Calatrava, Grand Cross
      of the Legion of Honour,
      of the Spanish Academy,
      Senator of the Kingdom, His
      Ambassador in Paris;
      
      Who, after having
      communicated to each
      other their respective
      full Powers, found
      in good and due
      form, have agreed
      upon and concluded
      the following Articles:
      
      Art. 1:
      
      From the day of coming into force
      of this convention, authors
