      of literary work, scientific,
      or artistic works, or
       their sucessors in title,who,
       in accordance with the laws
      of one of the contracting states
      establish their copyright or their right
      of total or partial reproduction
      lin such state, shall, subject to this ,
      sole condition and and without
      further formality, enjoy corresponding
      rights in the other state, and shall be
      able to exercise such rights there
      in the same manner and
      subject to the same legal
      requirements as nationals.
      Those rights shall be guaranteed to
      the authors of the two countries
      during their lifetime and
      after their death
      for fifty years

      ficas, artísticas, ó sus
      derecho-habientes que
      justifiquen su derecho de
      propiedad ó de reproduccion
      total ó parcial en uno de
      los dos Estados contratantes,
      conforme á la legislacion
      del mismo, gozarán con
      esta sola condicion y sin
      otras formalidades de los
      derechos correspondientes
      en el otro Estado y podrán
      ejercerlos en él de la misma
      manera y en las mismas
      condiciones legales que los
      nacionales. Estos derechos
      serán garantizados á los
      autores de los paises
      durante toda su vida y
      despues de su fallecimiento,
