FIRST CHAPTER
      
Authors and Owners
      
ARTICLE 1

For the purposes of the Copyright Act, the term "works"
covers all produced or capable of publication by means of writing, drawing,
printing, painting, engraving, lithography, stamping,
autography, photography or by any other means
of printing or reproduction known at present
or hereinafter invented.

ARTICLE 2
            

For the purposes of the Copyright Act, the term "author"
means the person who conceives and gives form
to any scientific or literary work

CAPITULO PRIMERO
      
De autores y propietarios
      
ARTICULO 1

Se entenderá por obras, para los efectos de la ley de
Propiedad intelectual, todas las que se producen y puedan
publicarse por los procedimientos de la escritura, el dibujo,
la imprenta, la pintura, el grabado, la litografía, la estam-
pación, la autografía, la fotografía ó cualquier otro de los
sistemas impresores ó reproductores conocidos ó que se in-
venten en lo sucesivo.

ARTICULO 2
            

Se considerará autor, para los efectos de la ley de Pro-
piedad intelectual, al que concibe y realiza alguna obra
