                  Lune 2do Octobr
Georgius Burnett gen quer      } Upon the Plaintiffs humble petition this day proferred to the
Right Honourable the Master of the Rolles shewing that the said Plaintiffs Gul Chetwood Richard
Franklyn      } having filed his bill in this Court against the Defendants & they all living within
the Bills of Mortality & Johem Watts & al Defendants      } are now in town as appears by Affidavit.
It was therefore prayed & his Honour doth accordingly Order that the said Plaintiff be at liberty
to take out prosess of Spa ret against the Defendants to compell them to appear to & Answer the
Plaintiffs bill.
