the author has authorised it.
      
3.- Those who, if the work is Spanish,
recast, extract, compile or reproduce original
works with their owners' consent,
in respect to their works.
      
4.-Publishers of unpublished works
without a known owner, or of an
unpublished work of a known author
that had entered the public domain.
      
5.- Heirs of the persons aforementioned
who have received the property by inheritance
or by another way of transmitting the
right of property.
      
Article 3.-The benefits of this law
are also extended to:
      
1.-Authors of maps, plans or scientific designs.
      
2.- Musical composers
      
3.- Authors of works of art in respect
to the reproduction of their works by any means.
      
4.- Assigns of the persons aforementioned.
      
Article 4.- The benefits of this law-
are also extended to:
      
1. The State and its Corporations,

Tercero.-A los aque refundan, copian
extractan, compendian ó reproducen
obras originales respecto de sus trabajos,
con tal que siendo aquellas españolas
se hayan hecho estos con permiso de
los propietarios.
      
Cuarto.-A los editores de obras iné-
ditas que no tengan dueños conocido,
ó de cualesquiera obras también iné-
ditas de autores conocidos que hayan
llegado á ser de dominio público.
      
Quinto.- A los derecho-habientes
de los anteriormente expresados, ya sea
por herencia, ya por cualquier
otro título traslativo de dominio.
      
Artículo tercero.-Los beneficios de
esta ley son tambien aplicables:
Primero.-A los autores de mapas,
planos ó diseños científicos.
      
Segundo.-A los compositores de mú-
sica.
Tercero.- A los autores de obras de
arte respecto á la reproduccion de
las mismas por cualquier medio.
      
Cuarto.- A los derecho habientes
de los anteriormente expresados.
      
Artículo cuarto.- Alcanzan asi-
mismo los beneficios de esta ley:
