      de Roma, del Dannebrog de Dinamarca,
      Caballero de la Orden de S. Fernando de 2 clase
      de España, Embajador de Su Magestad el Emperador
      de los Franceses cerca de Su Magestad Católica,
      
      Quienes despues de haberse
      comunicado sus plenos poderes y de
      haberlos hallado en buena y debida
      forma, han convenido en los
      artículos siguientes:
      
      Artículo 1
      
      Los autores ejercerán
      simultáneamente en toda la
      extension de ambos países
      el derecho de propiedad que
      les corresponde sobre sus
      obras literarias, científicas
      y artísticas, con arreglo á
      las leyes, órdenes y reglamentos
      que actualmente, y en lo
      sucesivo aseguren en cada Estado
      este derecho contra las reproducciones
      fraudulentas.
      
      El derecho de propiedad
      literaria de los Españoles en
      Francia y de los Franceses
      en España durará para los
