Don Luis Felix Estevan, Marques de Turgot,
Embajador de Su Magestad el Emperador de los Franceses en
esta Corte y Don Angel Calderon de la Barca, Primer
Secretario de Estado del Despacho de Su Magestad la Reina
de las Españas, Plenipotenciarios nombrados en debida forma
al efecto:
                        Certificamos que las Ratificaciones del
            Convenio de propiedad literaria, científica y artística,
            celebrado entre la Francia y la España y firmado
            en Madrid el quince de Noviembre último por Nos
            los Plenipotenciarios, acompañados de todas las
            solemnidades y debidamente cotejadas la una con la otra
            y con los ejemplares originales de dicho Convenio
            compuesto de diez y ocho artículos, han sido cangeadas
            por Nos hoy dia de la fecha
                        En fe de lo cual hemos firmado la presente
            por duplicado, sellada con nuestro sello respectivo en
            Madrid a veinte y cinco de Enero de mil ochocientos
            cincuenta y cuatro
