                                    X except in Madrid
      
      in the kingdom and overseas (Ultramar), X
      and in future from wherever international
      treaties so allow. He may publish as many of
      these works as he wishes, prosecute illegal
      copies that had been made or are to be made
      withouth his authorisation, as well as the
      right to charge all the amounts accrued to
      date for performance rights, providing the
      persons who made them were not authorized
      to do so. His Excellence the grantor
      declares and assures that he has not given
      the right to anyone whatsoever. He authorizes
      the businessman Mr. de la Lama, so he can
      concede or transfer to whoever he wishes
      the rights he acquires by virtue of this
      document in which he vests all his power.
      He shall not be able to revise or correct
      without the publishers' consent but he
      can publish the collection

      sucesivo lo permitan los tratados inter-
      nacionales, hacer cuantas ediciones le con-
      vengan de dichas obras, perseguir las
      clandestinas que se hubieran hecho o se
      hagan sin su permiso, así como el derecho
      de cobrar cuantas cantidades hubiesen de-
      vengado las mismas has la fecha por
      derechos de representación, siempre que las
      personas que lo verificaron no estuvie
      sen autorizadas para hacerlo, mediante
      la que el Excmo. Señor otorgante declara
      y asegura no haber cedido este derecho á
      persona alguna, facultando como fa-
      culta al empresario Señor de la Lama
      para que pueda ceder y traspasar á
      quien le convenga los derechos que
      adquiere por virtud de este instrumento
      á cuyo fin le dá y confiere todo su
      poder, no pudiendo refundir ni corregir
      estas obras sin permiso del Editor
      pero si publicarlas en colección cuan-
