In accordance with the Law of 10 January 1879 the work, the title of which
and further circumstances are described below, is registered herein with the number one
hundred and ten at the GENERAL COPYRIGHT OFFICE as PROPERTY of Enrique
Perez Escrich, resident of the province of Madrid; which was submitted for registration
at the provincial Registry office in Madrid on the eighteenth of March 1879 at ________ hours,
and provisionally registered with

Whereas Luis Montilla submitted on 9 July 1885 a request to this Ministry for the ownership
of the fourth part of the oeuvre written by his grandfather, Enrique, to be allocated to himself
and to his brother, Adolfo, absent, and in order to do so he presented a valid notarial power.
Whereas María de los Desamparados and María Carmen Perez-Escrich, sisters of the above
mentioned, submitted subsequently on 17 October 1885 a petition [...]

circunstancias se expresan á continuación; la cual fué presentada para su incripción en el
Registro provincial de __Madrid__el dia ___diez y ocho___de__Marzo__
de 1879 á la ________ de la _______, é inscrita en el mismo provisionalmente con el

Anotación= Ministerio de Instrucción pública y Bellas Artes = En el expediente de que
se hace mérito: Resultando que con fecha de 9 de Julio del corriente año, presentó D.
Luis Montilla y instancia en este Ministerio pidiendo para él y su hermano D. Adolfo,
ausente, la reivindicación de las cuartas partes de la propiedad de las obras que dejó
escritas el abuelo materno de ambos, Don Enrique, para lo cual, a los efectos de instar
el nombre del D. D. Adolfo, presentó tambien poder notarial bastante; Resultando con
posterioridad en 17 de Octubre del corriente año, Doña María de los Desamparados y Doña
María Carmen Perez-Escrich, hermanas de los anteriores, elevaron tambien a este Ministerio
instancia en súplica
