En la ciudad de Barcelona y dia once de Septiembre de mil setescientos noventa
y dos: El Muy Ilustre Ayuntamiento de ella congregado en la Sala Mayór de
sus Casas Consistoriales y forma de costumbre, concurriendo a el los Señores Regidores, y
diputados y Sindico personero del comun notados en la Margen, theniendo Auntamiento
ordinario i de Tabla precedidos del escelentísimo Señor Marqués de las Amarillas, teniente
General de los Reales exercitos, corregidor de esta ciudad i su partido: Presente el escrivano
mayor y Secretario de este Muy Ilm. Ayuntamiento infrascrito:
      
En vista de los dos Memoriales que quedan aqui de don Pedro Pablo Usson que con
él primero de ellos presenta el Real Privilegio que S.M. le ha concedido para el esta-
blecimiento de Diario de esta Ciudad y suplica licencia de condecorado con las
Armas de la Ciudad y de [...] de ellas unidas con las del Rey en la
