Don Pedro Pablo Usson con el devido respecto
hace presente à V.E, habiendo de establecer
el Diario en esta ciudad con privilegio que tiene
presentado à este ilustre ayuntamiento. Desearia le
honrase recibiendole baxo su proteccion y permitien
do que se le dedicase esta obra periodica esta gracia
animaria al Editor con la esperanza de su mejor
exito y aprecio à que aspira; por tando acogiendome
á la proteccion de V. E. le suplico que por un efecto
de su bondad lo haga presente a este ayundamiento
gracia que espera lograr por la mediacion de V.E.
y favor de esta ciudad. Barcelona. 30 de Sepbre.
