(No. 107.) DECREE of the 22nd of July 1855, determining the placement in the Official Gazette of the agreement with France on the prevention of the reproduction of scientific and literary works.

We WILLIAM III, by the grace of God, King of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, etc., etc., etc.

Given the agreement with France on the prevention of the reproduction of scientific and literary works, signed by the respective plenipotentiaries in The Hague on the 29th of March, reading as follows:

KONINGRIJK DER NEDERLANDEN.

(No. 107.) BESLUIT van den 22sten Julij 1855, bepalende de plaatsing in het Staatsblad der overeenkomst met Frankrijk tot wering van den nadruk van wetenschappelijke en letterkundige werken.

Wij WILLEM III, bij de gratie Gods, Koning der Nederlanden, Prins van Oranje-Nassau, Groot-Hertog van Luxemburg, enz., enz., enz.

Gezien de overeenkomst tusschen Nederland en Frankrijk tot wering van den nadruk van wetenschappelijke en letterkundige werken, den 29sten Maart 1855, door de wederzijdsche gevolmagtigden te 's Gravenhage gesloten, luidende als volgt:
