Petition from and Privilege granted to bookseller Giulio Burchioni for a combined volume of works on meat carving, table service, and descriptions of banquets: Il Trinciante by Vicenzo Cervio and Reale Fusoritto, and Il Mastro di Casa by Reale Fusoritto. The Petition is noteworthy for the incentive rationale it offers for the grant of the privilege.
