      I hereby certify that having informed
      of the content of these fifteen chapters
      chapters, or preceding rules, for the
      good government of this guild, they
      are read aloud twice, in an intelligible
      voice in my presence, all in mutual
      agreement, and having voiced their
      approval, they asked me, the notary
      present, to insert them in this deed
      which they obliged, and obliged
      everyone interested in the shares of
      this guild, to keep and guard them.
      They must be complied with in full,
      and by everyone, as contained in each
      and everyone of them, granting by
      concession the corresponding powers
      paper purchases, printing adjustments,
      engraving sheets, and stamping them,
      preferential right to buy privileges, and
      whatever it is necessary for the
      management and trade of this guild,
      with the special power and faculty,
      required by law, that could and should
      be sufficient to prepare a census of the
      amount of maravedís necessary for
      printing and purchasing paper, or
      books

      deemed appropriate for the increased
      stock and trade of this guild, not ex-
      ceeding their incomes by three per cent,
      which they can grant for the deed,
      compulsory deeds in favour of the
      person or persons giving it, whether
      secular or regular communitie. They
      will be obliged; as we oblige them by
      this document, for the capital of all the
      shares of the interested parties in this
      guild, with the prints and privileges
      they have and will have hereinafter,
      without any restrictions whatsoever,

      Y enterados de el contenido de los
      quince Capitulos, ò Reglas antecedentes,
      que se establecen para èl buen govierno
      de esta Compañia, los que se leyeron
      dos veces en alta, è inteligible voz en
      mi presencia, de que doy fee; todos de
      común acuerdo, y à una voz los los apro-
      baron, y pidieron à mì el presente Es-
      cribano los insertase en esta Escritura,
      por la que se obligan, y obligan a to-
      dos los que se interesen con Acciones en
      esta Companìa, à guardarlos, y que los
      guardaràn, y cumpliràn en todo, y por
      todo, como en ellos, y en cada uno
      de ellos se contiene, concediendo, co-
      mo conceden à los expresados Directo-
      res de ella las facultades correspondien-
      tes para las compras de Papel, ajustes
      de Impresiones, gravado de Laminas, y
      su Estampado, tantèo de Privilegios, y
      demàs cosas necesarias al gyro, y Co-
      mercio de esta Companìa, con el espe-
      cial poder, y facultad, que en Derecho
      se requiera, mas pueda, y deba valer,
      para tomar à censo las cantidades de ma-
      ravedís, que sean necesarios para las Im-
      presiones y compras de Papel, ò Libros,

      que tengan por convenientes hacer para
      el aumento, y comercio de esta Compa-
      nìa, no excediendo sus reditos de un tres
      por ciento, de las que podràn otorgar la
      Escritura, ò Escrituras de obligación à
      favor de la Persona, ò Personas que lo
      diesen, bien seas Comunidades Secula-
      res, ò Regulares, obligando en ellas, co-
      mo por la presente obligamos, el capital
      de todas las Acciones de los interesados
      que sean en esta Compañìa, con las im-
      pressiones, y Privilegios, que tenga, y
      tuviese en adelante, sin reserva algu-
